  • Service Details: Type of services booked, preferences, booking history.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and app usage statistics.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve our Services.
  • Facilitate booking, payment, and communication between Customers and Specialists.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Send service updates, confirmations, and promotional communications (where permitted).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Basis of Lawful Processing

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, we process your Personal Information under the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of the Terms of Use
    By downloading, registering, and using the App, you enter into our Terms of Use. Processing your Personal Information is necessary to provide you with the Services you request (for example: creating your account, processing bookings, sending your details to the Specialist, processing payments, and communicating with you about your appointments).
