Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to WIMSI ("the App"), operated by SOCIETE WIMSI S.A.L ("Company", "we", "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and the services offered through it.
By registering and using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
2. Services
- The App connects you ("Customer", "you") with independent beauty professionals ("Specialists") who provide at-home beauty services.
- The Company acts as a facilitating platform and does not employ Specialists.
- The Company is not responsible for the execution or outcome of services.
3. Account & Eligibility
- Registration requires a valid mobile number verified by OTP.
- You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
- You agree to keep your details (name, address, contact info) accurate and up to date.
4. Bookings
- Services may be booked instantly or scheduled in advance.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is completed, and you receive an in-app/SMS/email confirmation.
- Final pricing is dynamic and may fluctuate based on location, time of booking, and demand. The total amount will always be clearly displayed at checkout and may include:
- Service Price (set per category by the Company)
- Platform Fee
- Travel Fee/Surge Pricing (configurable per zone, visible at booking)
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via the App using any of the available payment methods [Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, Vouchers].
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- The Company issues receipts electronically via email and saves them in-app.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer-initiated cancellations of a Scheduled Booking:
- 24+ hours before the scheduled service: Full refund (no penalty).
- Between 12–24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
- Under 12 hours from the scheduled service/No-show: No refund + suspension after 3 times.
- Rescheduling: Any rescheduling request requires the cancellation of the existing booking. The above cancellation conditions will apply before a new booking can be made.
Customer-initiated cancellations of an Instant Booking:
- Within the first (5) minutes: Full refund (no penalty).
- After (5) minutes: 50% of the total cost of the services as a cancellation fee
Specialist-initiated cancellations:
Refund processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Alternatively, at the Company's sole discretion, refunds may be issued in the form of a voucher or credit balance to be applied toward future bookings.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service location details and ensure accessibility for the Specialist.
- Carefully review the service description and instructions for each booking, and prepare the space or required conditions accordingly prior to the Specialist's arrival.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and hygienic environment for Specialists at all times.
- Use the App solely for booking the services and quantities selected within the App. Direct requests for additional services outside the App booking process are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or account suspension.
- While Customers may indicate a gender preference for the Specialist, the Company does not guarantee that such a preference will always be matched. It is the Customer's responsibility to read the gender availability prompts before proceeding with the booking.
- Refrain from harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe conduct toward Specialists or misuse of the App in any manner.
- Failure to comply with these obligations may lead to suspension or permanent termination of the Customer's account, and may also result in legal action where applicable.
8. Ratings & Reviews
- Customers may leave honest ratings and reviews.
- Reviews may not contain abusive, defamatory, or false information.
- The Company reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
9. Promotions, Vouchers & Referral Codes
- The Company may, at its discretion, issue promotional offers, vouchers, or discount codes ("Promo Codes") to Customers.
- Promo Codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of codes may result in suspension.
- The App will display a list of:
- Active Codes (currently valid and available for use),
- Used Codes (previously redeemed), and
- Expired Codes (no longer valid).
- Customers will also be assigned a unique "Refer a Friend" code, which remains permanently available in their account.
- Referral rewards and voucher values and their expiry are determined solely by the Company and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Services are performed by independent Specialists, not employees of the Company.
- The Company is not liable for:
- Injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with services.
- Delays, unavailability, or cancellations by Specialists.
- The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the amount paid for the disputed booking.
11. Termination & Amendments
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
- The Company may update these Terms periodically, and changes will be posted in-app.
- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
